Rebel Kent pours a brilliantly clear deep amber–honey hue with a creamy off-white head that settles gently, leaving light lace. The aroma greets you with warm caramelized malt, soft toast, and subtle bready yeasty notes, underpinned by a faint fruity character of red berries and dried figs, thanks to its Belgian-yeast foundation. On the palate, it delivers a smooth medium body with a gentle sweetness up front—rich toffee, brown sugar and light rye-spice—which transitions neatly into a dry, clean finish. Mild bitterness (23 IBU) supports the malt profile without overwhelming it. As it warms, hints of dried cherry, soft biscuit crust and a whisper of herbal hops emerge. The alcohol is balanced at 5 % and integrates smoothly, giving the beer a well-tempered drinkability.
