Small format beers (12-oz, 330-ml, 375-ml, 500-ml cans):
Our shipping boxes hold a total of either 12 or 24 bottles/cans, with flat S&H costs of $15 and $24, respectively. Feel free to order any quantity of any given beer, but if you want to pay the least shipping cost per beer, ensure your total order is a multiple of 12 bottles/cans, i.e. 12, 24, 36, 48, etc.
Large format beers (750-ml, 22-oz, 500-ml bottles):
We have boxes which can accommodate as few as 2 bottles ($15 S&H) all the way up to 20 bottles ($52 S&H), and everything in between. Beyond 20, we will start a new box.

Rhino Suit was the first spirits barrel-aged beer released by Alesong and we’re happy to offer the most recent version which was aged in George Dickel 14-year bourbon barrels. Here we encounter an exceptional marriage of bold imperial stout with the velvety smoothness of well-aged bourbon. The Rhino Suit poured an opaque black with a thick tan head which lasted from first sip to last. Pronounced aromas of deeply roasted malt, charred vanilla, and dark chocolate were followed by mellow oaky barrel notes. Dark brown sugar, hints of molasses, and caramel lingered, with expressions of black pepper and sweet spices joining in.
Our first sip of Alesong Rhino Suit brought a wow factor of 10 to our palates. Impressively smooth and balanced, with pronounced flavors of vanilla and dark caramel up front, followed by notes of charred oak and dark chocolate. The George Dickel bourbon came through mid-palate with a nice alcohol lift, notes of nutty toffee, traces of maple, and a hint of black cherry. The imperial stout showed off touches of bitterness and dark fruit, with toasted marshmallow undertones. This very well layered beer is full-bodied, with a smooth and creamy mousse, and long-drawn-out finish. In a word: delicious.
The Alesong Rhino Suit is structured in such a way that drinking now and long-term aging are equally beneficial. We can recommend doing both. We also recommend following Alesong’s pairing suggestions of cocoa braised lamb shoulder, seared foie gras, and chocolate chip and sea salt cookies.
