Wild Horse India Pale Ale is brewed with a combination of Two-Row Pale, Crystal, Munich and Wheat malts. As appropriate, the beer is hopped several times during the boil and then dry-hopped as well, all with Columbus hops and in healthy doses. Hopheads prepare for an enjoyable brew!
Healdsburg’s IPA starts with an extremely hop-citrusy nose with some floral hop traces evident in the background. Look for excellent head retention in this pale, filtered, medium-bodied ale. The flavor profile begins with a pleasant maltiness and moves quickly into an aggressive, bitter hoppiness. This is definitely an IPA! Overall, very much true to style and a big, bold flavor. We liked it!
