Unmatched Variety by style, brewery & country
Choose from Five different Beer Clubs offering unmatched variety by brewery,
country of origin, and beer style to suit your specific tastes.
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Kölsch
- ABV: 5.2%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 15
- Serving Temperature: 40-45º F
- Suggested Glassware: Stange, Pilsner Glass
- Hops: Tettnanger
- Malts: 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Light Munich
- Country: United States
Brewed with top-fermenting ale yeast before being cold-conditioned like a lager, kölsch is among our favorite warm-weather beers, and Port Orleans’ interpretation is certainly among our recent favorites. Presenting a bright, rich golden hue with a fluffy head of nearly white foam, this brew looks darn good as it rests in our stange – the traditional small cylindrical kölsch glass. On the nose, look for noble hops to lead the way with an...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Imperial Pilsner
- ABV: 7.5%7.5%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 36
- Serving Temperature: 45-50º F
- Suggested Glassware: Pilsner Glass, Tall Chalice
- Hops: Southern Cross, Hallertau Mittelfrüh
- Malts: 2-Row, Pilsner
- Country: United States
This big imperial pils presents a radiant, rich golden hue in the glass, capped by a prominent head of off-white foam. On the nose, we get a nice balance between some lightly crackery-bready pils malt undertones with brighter hop notes offering touches of herbal spice and soft citrus flesh. Look for things to amp up considerably on the palate. We found this a boldly flavorful brew that offers a big central malt character that’s much fuller than...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Mexican-style Lager
- ABV: 4.8%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 14
- Serving Temperature: 40-45º F
- Suggested Glassware: Pilsner Glass, Pint Glass
- Hops: Sterling, Amarillo
- Malts: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Flaked Corn
- Country: United States
For a cerveza named Dorada, it’s no surprise we’re greeted by a bright golden color, topped with a spritely cap of off-white foam. In the 19th century, German and Austrian immigrants brought their brewing culture with them to Mexico and points south, with beers like pilsner and Vienna lager becoming the norm, and ultimately evolving into the loose style embraced today as Mexican lager. Port Orleans’ example presents the characteristic aromas...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Chocolate Milk Stout
- ABV: 7.5%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 30
- Serving Temperature: 50-55º F
- Suggested Glassware: Tulip or Pint Glass
- Hops: Zeus, Chinook
- Malts: 2-Row, C-40, Roasted Barley, C-150, Chocolate Malt, Rolled Oats
- Country: United States
Boy, does this milk stout pour dark – we’re greeted by an opaque black potion in the glass, topped by a big crop of very dark brown foam. In the aroma, there’s a lot going on here. Expect this gold medalist at both the 2023 USA Beer Ratings and 2022 International Beer Awards to offer up a boldly roasty impression with prominent notes of ground coffee, dark chocolate, deep down scorched caramel, and toasted bread crust, along with just a hint...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: India Pale Lager
- ABV: 4.5%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 20
- Serving Temperature: 43-48º F
- Suggested Glassware: IPA Glass, Pint Glass
- Hops: Hallertauer Taurus, Galaxy, Motueka
- Malts: 2-Row Pale, White Wheat
- Country: United States
River Hop is a brand new release for Port Orleans, so we’re very excited to have the opportunity to bring it to our members this month. It’s a reimagining of their flagship Riverfront Lager as an India Pale Lager that’s dry-hopped with very expressive Galaxy and Motueka hops from Australia and New Zealand, respectively. On the pour, we get the same pale golden straw color as Riverfront, capped by a head of just-off-white foam. It’s on the nose...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Double IPA
- ABV: 9.0%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 65
- Serving Temperature: 45-50º F
- Suggested Glassware: IPA Glass, Tulip, Snifter
- Hops: Zeus, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Comet
- Malts: 2-Row, Munich, Wheat, C-40
- Country: United States
This double IPA from Salt Flats presents a burnished orange color with good clarity and a head of beige foam as it sits in our glass. On the nose, look for big citrus notes conjuring impressions of grapefruit, orange, and tangerine, while resinous, pine-like herbal tones add additional intrigue. Secondary floral, stone-fruit, and even berry-like hints show nicely as well, all atop a noticeable caramelized malty undertone. Naturally, this is...
- Bottle Size: 12-oz
- Style: Session IPA (West Coast-style)
- ABV: 5.0%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 42
- Serving Temperature: 45-50º F
- Suggested Glassware: IPA Glass, Pint Glass
- Hops: Cascade, Centennial, El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo
- Malts: 2-Row, Munich, C-40, Wheat, Rolled Oats
- Country: United States
Brewed as a West Coast-style session IPA, Life Elevated presents a medium golden color topped by a healthy two-finger cap of fluffy foam. In the aroma, look for big citrus tones to leap out right away evoking candied orange peel, along with prominent pine-like resinous notes and some secondary touches of softer tropical fruits. On the palate, the malt backbone offers a somewhat fuller feel than some other session IPAs, thanks to the use of some...
- Bottle Size: 330-ml
- Style: German Pilsner
- ABV: 5.0%
- Serving Temperature: 43-48° F
- Suggested Glassware: Pilsner Glass
- Hops: Hallertau
- Country: United States
The name Efes has been synonymous with beer in Turkey since their Pilsener hit the scene in 1969. Made with malts produced in Efes’s own malteries, this brew presents a quintessential German-style pilsner appearance in the glass: pure golden in color with nice clarity, capped by a bright white head of foam that drops some lace as it recedes. On the nose, expect a lightly sweet pils malt aroma, while the noble hops offer up a fairly grassy and...
- Bottle Size: 330-ml
- Style: Kölsch
- ABV: 4.8%
- Int’l Bittering Units (IBUs): 25
- Serving Temperature: 40-45° F
- Suggested Glassware: Stange, Pilsner Glass
- Hops: Hallertauer Perle, Hallertauer Magnum
- Country: Germany
Pouring a bright golden straw color with good clarity and a large head of foam that laces nicely as it recedes, Gaffel Kölsch looked quite appealing in our tall, straight-sided, cylindrical “stange” (“pole” or “stick” in German) – the traditional kölsch glass. On the nose, we picked up light fruity and floral impressions, with hints of pear and green apple, wisps of woodsy spice, and even shades of mint with a good swirl of the glass. The...
- Bottle Size: 750-ml
- Style: Belgian Tripel blended w/ 2-yr Aged Flemish Red-Brown Ale
- ABV: 8.2%
- Serving Temperature: 50–57° F
- Suggested Glassware: Tulip, Teku, Chalice, Pinot Glass
- Country: Belgium
Combining two classic Belgian styles, Rodenbach Red Tripel blends a traditional Belgian tripel with a Flemish red-brown ale that’s been aged for two years inside of 4,000-gallon oak foeder casks. Created in celebration of Rodenbach’s 200th anniversary in 2021, this exceptional beer offers classic Rodenbach sour-ale character, while accentuating the best elements of both of the underlying classic styles. Lots to appreciate about this beer.
- Bottle Size: 16-oz
- Style: Imperial Breakfast Stout
- ABV: 9%
- Serving Temperature: 50–55° F
- Suggested Glassware: Tulip, Snifter, Teku
- Country: United States
You may be wondering what the name 1726 stands for. Well, being an engineer, brewmaster Stephen Zolnay is fond of numbers, and many of Invertase’s beers have numbered names like 1954, 425, 1600, or 571. His dad Steve tells us, “They’re secret codes that only he knows, but they all are significant in some way – history, style, ingredients, etc.” Well, we love a good mystery! Invertase distributes just in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania...
