We only accept beer mugs from the current year. Mugs from previous years or any other mugs of any kind will not be accepted. If you come back to the event for more than one day you can bring your beer mug and simply buy additional drink tickets. For your reference, a regular size bottle of beer is 12oz. and our beer mugs are 4oz. more. Wine will also be served in generous glasses for $10. Soda and water are sold by the food vendors at the event.
We will have a wide variety of traditional German food on hand such as German Potatoes, Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Beer Brats, Sauerkraut, Pretzels, Coleslaw and more. Food vendors sell plates at various prices.
MASTER OF CEREMONIES:
A combination of German tradition and good ole American silliness is the Pieter Meister. Simply put he is the most energetic and most entertaining Meister in the business. Trained in the beer factories of Germany and raised on the streets of California, Pieter brings Ein Prosit together with Sweet Caroline in a way never before seen. Pieter will be hosting select dates in 2017.“

Austin, TX – Austin Beer Week
“Austin Beer Week is a multi-day, multi-event, brewer-centric showcase of all things craft beer, now in its 7th year.
Austin Beer Week is produced by a small but thirsty band of loyal Austin craft beer drinkers, in partnership with the Texas Craft Brewers Guild, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting Texas craft brewers and the craft beer community.
Austin Beer Week’s unique event structure provides an open palate for, well, opening palates. To the extent events are curated, brewers and venues are encouraged to embrace the creative, playful, even daring when planning activities, which can range from intense food-beer appreciation from nationally recognized chefs to tongue-in-cheek competitions testing keg-lifting mettle.”
